Our Top 5 Priorities of Service

1
Resource Connection Hub
Serve as a conduit to connect veterans and first responders with essential resources. While we may not directly provide all services, we maintain a robust network to guide individuals to the appropriate support, ensuring efficient and effective assistance.
2
Comprehensive Resource Directory
Develop and maintain a detailed, up-to-date resource guide with verified contacts for real people. We will catalog and track resources tailored to the needs of veterans and first responders across various services and entities, ensuring active phone numbers and responsive email addresses through continuous monitoring and engagement.
3
Whole Person Recovery
We will serve to treat the whole person – Mental, Spiritual, Physical, and Social wellbeing are all equally important. We will provide compassionate guidance to help veterans, and first responders navigate their difficulties with hope and resilience. Share personal testimonies to inspire and support others, highlighting how faith has guided us through challenges.
4
Strategic Partnerships
Collaborate with other non-profit organizations to deliver critical resources, including temporary shelter, food, stable income, and counseling. These partnerships amplify our ability to meet the diverse needs of veterans and first responders effectively.
5
Dedicated Case Management
Ensure consistent volunteer engagement through a case management approach. Volunteers follow up, follow through, and see each case to resolution, conducting internal After-Action Reviews (AARs) and debriefs with service providers to ensure accountability, strengthen relationships, and enhance service delivery.
